The Wedding Experience

Before you learn about my approach, or why I do this, etc., I want you to know that the thing that makes my heart happiest as a photographer is knowing that this job is an honor & an art. My dream is that each clients feels seen and heard through every step of planning and the final images they receive. Clients go back to me, time and time again, because we share something beyond their wedding, a trust that only can be described in choosing one person to capture their most vulnerable memories.

My philosophy is this: center the photo experience on the marriage rather than the production, and people will feel at peace knowing they are being captured with intentionality. Clients’ gallery will feel like it is reliving the emotion, the feelings of their wedding day, not the poses or the staged moments. I consider this work to be deeply sacred, an heirloom, one that is so deeply precious to the right couple.

WHAT IT MEANS TO ME & WHAT I HOPE RESONATES WITH YOU.

  • You run the show.

All clients will partake in an individualized planning experience that is designed and curated for you. Given that I only take on a select amount of weddings per year [to better serve every client], I am looking to support and build relationships with you both. It is important that this planning experience feels relational and unique.

  • Every detail counts.

I map out a customized wedding day schedule. I work with your wedding planner to ensure that we have you both covered, so you can enjoy your wedding day with your favorite person.

  • Friend first, photographer second.

All my clients will feel an intimate wedding experience when working with me. From the moment we chat on our first phone to the second you receive your gallery, I want you to feel and know that I am in your corner. On your wedding day, it will feel like you are having a friend capturing your wedding day.

1. You fall madly in love.

2. Together, you dream up the wedding.

3. I make it happen
